We'll refund or exchange t-shirts so long as they haven't been worn or washed.
We'll refund or exchange CDs which arrive broken/damaged, or which have manufacturing defects.
We won't refund or exchange t-shirts you've already stunk up with your body-juices, or CDs you've ripped and put up on torrent sites, or CDs which you just don't like very much because of that song that says mean things about drow.
